1. Choose delivery when placing your online order. We are able to deliver within 50 miles of 1710 N. Dixie BLVD in Radcliff, Ky Proceed through checkout.

2. We will call you directly to arrange affordable and reliable delivery through our first rate delivery crew.

What delivery options are available?

All deliveries are arranged through us are handled by our top rate crew. Rates vary depending on order total and distance from the store.

How do you deliver furniture?

Furniture is delivered by truck delivery with multiple speed and service options. All items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice. For an extra fee, items can be unpacked and fully assembled. Please talk with associates to decide which delivery options that is right for you. 

What items are eligible for delivery?

To find out whether an item is eligible for delivery, select the color and/or size of the item and add it to your cart. Once in the cart, you will be able to see whether the item is available for delivery from your local store. Most items are eligible for delivery with the exception of some home accessories and accents. 

When will my credit card be charged?

 The cost of the item is charged immediately upon checkout. Delivery fees (if any) will be discussed on a phone call and charged accordingly. We charge .99 a mile up to 50 miles. Please contact store before checking out on site if you are further. We do run delivery specials so watch the website for these as well.

What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

If you don’t receive a confirmation email within two hours of placing your order, please call us at (270) 219-7646

 

Pick-Up

1. Choose store pick up and then Proceed through checkout.

2. We will call you directly when your order is ready to arrange a pick-up time. Some of our items come directly from the wharehouse and will take a few days to be ready. We will contact you and let you know.

3. Stop by the store to pick-up your order!

What items are eligible for pick-up?

To find out whether an item is eligible for you to pick-up, select the color and/or size of the item and add it to your cart. When will my order be ready to pick-up?

When your order is ready to be picked-up, we will call you directly letting you know. If you placed your order during store hours, an associate will call you to let you know when your order will be ready (typically within four hours). If you order after the store has closed, you will receive a call with pick-up information as soon as possible the next day.

What do I need to bring to the store when I pick up my order?

Please bring your order number and a valid photo I.D.

Who can pick up my order?

Unless you call to instruct otherwise, you are the only person authorized to pick up your order. If you’d like someone else to pick-up your order, please call us and provide that person’s name. Make sure the person picking up your order brings a copy of the order confirmation email, along with their valid photo I.D.

How long will you hold my item(s) at the store?

We will hold your item(s) for 7 days, beginning from when you are called letting you know that your order is ready for pick-up. If you need more time, no problem! Simply call the store and let us know when you’ll be there to pick-up your order.
